Navarro-ATL’s Procurement organization manages the overall subcontracting strategy and the corrective maintenance, services, and material procurements for Hanford’s 222-S Laboratory. As a small business prime contractor to the United States Department of Energy, Navarro-ATL looks to afford as many procurement opportunities as possible to other small businesses, women-owned businesses, veteran-owned businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) businesses, and small disadvantaged businesses in our community.
Procurement Ethics
Navarro-ATL conducts its business in a manner above reproach and, except as authorized by statute or regulation, with complete impartiality and with preferential treatment for none. The expenditure of public funds requires the highest degree of public trust and an impeccable standard of conduct. The general rule is to avoid strictly any conflict of interest or even the appearance of a conflict of interest in our business relationships. Navarro-ATL prohibits the acceptance of gifts and gratuities by our employees at any time.
